They’re very quick when it comes to money but managing the estates is their last priority. There is laundry theft which I’ve reported and they took 3 whole weeks to respond to the email, that is their best action. I find it very difficult to understand why they’re not competitive or responsive to customer needs. We lose items frequently and i personally don’t feel safe anymore because I don’t know if my clothes aren’t going to be ******.
