Poor poor customer service
I’ve been a client of this business for a while, ordering smaller quantities. My business has recently grew significantly and I wanted to discuss some product specifications with a person. They absolutely refused and insisted that I put my enquiry in writing. After going back and forth a lady finally rang me. Only for me to find out it was the receptionist. I told her that I have a technical product related question and that I need to talk to someone who can answer my questions. She took offence and still i received no call.

save yourself the displeasure from going there
Worst service and experience i have ever received, do not waste your time , money or fuel ,rude and unpleasant experience, management also called me and was rude, just save yourself the displeasure from going there

Low par service, no accountability
ANOTHER UPDATE: I DID VERIFY ON WHATSAPP IF ITEMS WHERE IN STOCK I ALSO VERIFIED THAT I AM ON MY WAY TO FETCH ITEMS, THE LADY AT THE PLACE SAID THAT WHATSAPP LINE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHOP EVEN THOUGH IT IS CONNECTED TO HER SHOP PROFILE ON GOOGLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY WHAT SO EVER. I NEVER SEND ANY AGGRESSIVE TEXT TO THEM , THE ONLY TEXT WAS TO VERIFY THE ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND TO VERIFY THAT I AM ON MY WAY. THEY CALLED ME WHILE I WAS DRIVING BACK HOME AND MADE A SNARLY REMARK. I CAN NOT BE XENOPHOBIC OR ****** AS I AM WHITE MYSELF AND EUROPEAN ANCESTRY FROM GERMANY. I WAS SHOCKED AT THE SERVICE LEVEL AND WANTED TO ASKED THE LADY MULTIPLE TIMES FOR HER BOSS'S DETAILS AND SHE DECLINED AND SAID SHE DOES NOT WANT TO GET ANYBODY IN TROUBLE, BASICALLY ADMITTING THAT THE SERVICE WAS BAD AND SOMEONE WILL GET INTO TROUBLE, ONLY AFTER AWHILE SHE THEN SAID SHE IS THE BOSS, AT THAT POINT I ASKED HER WHERE IS SHE FROM, BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE IF SHE CAN NOT COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AS IT IS CLEAR ENGLISH ISN'T HER FIRST LANGUAGE. She refused to give me her boss's number ,she said I talked to the warehouse, she doesn't have stock. I msged this business ,she said she doesn't want to get anyone in trouble. Then she said it is her shop she is the boss after refusing to tell me who the boss is. Very unusual, I have never experienced this. I asked her where she is from and she then insinuated I am ******, but I was so shocked by this service I was wondering where she is from maybe that will tell me why the service is below par, even for south africa, she was ashamed of where she is from she didn't tell me and said xenophobia, lol , anyway I am still shocked. Worse service I have ever experienced, do not drive there if it is far for you, you will be disappointed. I told her I am south african. I have no shame. She has no pride in herself. She was also in her car when I ran the door of the shop. Very strange person. I guessed Romanian by her accent. I have only met great Romanians, very strange, I do not recommend to go to this shop.

Poor Service
We have ordered some products online over the past year and every time we do it, there is a problem. There is no response. Then we have to phone (if they answer) or send an email to try and get our products. The service is deplorable.

think twice before ordering from bulk epsom salts
placed an order, had to follow up countless times to weeks later receive my order, that was incomplete.had to repeat the same process of countless follow up messages to get the rest of the order delivered.still waiting.atrocious service and communication.

Bulk epsom salts bad customer service
Unhelpful at best. Dont read emails, dont answer the phone. When they do pick up and dont like what they hear they slam the phone down. You can call again they simply dont answer. Attitude is the name of this business....customer service isn't.
