1. On 20 August 2025, I purchased a DeVilbiss iGo2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator (5 Litre) with Extra Battery online from Holt Solutions (www.holtsolutions.co.za) for the amount of R35,999.00. 2. Prior to making payment, I spoke telephonically with a woman who identified herself as Kala Sandra on cell phone number 083 481 0440. She informed me that the unit would be couriered to me and that delivery would take approximately two (2) days. 3. I requested an invoice before effecting payment, and I was provided with a proforma invoice. 4. On 22 August 2025, I contacted Holt Solutions again to enquire about delivery. The same lady informed me that the courier would be collecting the unit that day. 5. I then requested a formal invoice reflecting the company’s registration number. She stated that they do not provide registration numbers via email. I informed her that SARS requires that a company registration number be reflected on an invoice. 6. I further asked whether I could arrange for my own courier to collect the equipment. She responded by asking if I would prefer to cancel the order, as I seemed dissatisfied. 7. I rep**** that I wished to cancel the order and receive a refund. She subsequently confirmed the cancellation by email. 8. I thereafter phoned her again to enquire when the funds would be refunded. She advised that I would have to wait two weeks. I informed her that this was unacceptable and that I wanted the refund to be made immediately. She declined. 9. I then contacted ABSA’s ***** Division, who confirmed that the account into which I had made payment belonged to an individual and not a company, and that the funds had already been withdrawn. 10. It has thus become evident that I have been de*****ed.
We have ordered some products online over the past year and every time we do it, there is a problem. There is no response. Then we have to phone (if they answer) or send an email to try and get our products. The service is deplorable.
Logged a problem of no internet 3 days ago and it is still not resolved. Nobody comes back to me. They keep on blaming Vumatel. Spent hours on Whatsapp to sort out problem.
DON'T buy online from PC Link Computers. I ordered a Perfume on 14 January 2022 which cost R1099. I queried delivery status. We were only then advised that it was out of stock. On 22 Feb 2022, they promised a refund. On the 1 of March, they said that the accounts dept will look into it. Since then, no refund, and have not been able to reach them via phone or email. Just being ignored. Today is 20 March 2022. Still no refund. Pathetic. 0 rating
