A radiator was purchased from Bumper to Bumper on 13/01/2026. It was later discovered that the item purchased was the incorrect model. A clear photo of the receipt was taken, showing all relevant transaction details.
On 14/01/2026, the original till slip could not be located; however, the photo of the receipt was presented as proof of purchase and an exchange for the correct model was requested. Bumper to Bumper refused to assist, stating that company policy requires the original receipt and that no exchange is permitted without it. This is ******** and goes against the CPA.
Too many customers have been complaining about them, something needs to be done. The Consumer Protection Act, Consumer Good and Service Ombud and National Consumer Commission needs to intervene!
