Won't use again, ignores customer service

Ordered our wedding album and another on the same day. Waited nearly 3 and a half weeks, after mailing them it was suddenly 'shipped' only came another a week after that. One if the albums has white and yellow edges and blank pages in the middle. I have used the program before and have made other albums before and now suddenly 'I don't know how to make an album' I have mailed them on this regard, mail after mail and no reply. Sending an upsetting mail and being told they will get back to me by that day 4pm, weeks later and I still haven't got a reply. Would rather use Canvas and More as they do the same functions, their service has always been excellent and our products reach us within the time frame they give us.
