Won't use again, ignores customer service
Ordered our wedding album and another on the same day. Waited nearly 3 and a half weeks, after mailing them it was suddenly 'shipped' only came another a week after that. One if the albums has white and yellow edges and blank pages in the middle. I have used the program before and have made other albums before and now suddenly 'I don't know how to make an album' I have mailed them on this regard, mail after mail and no reply. Sending an upsetting mail and being told they will get back to me by that day 4pm, weeks later and I still haven't got a reply. Would rather use Canvas and More as they do the same functions, their service has always been excellent and our products reach us within the time frame they give us.

The TEFL Academy Level 5 Tefl Course (168 hours) SO HAPPY!
Absolutely worth having a TEFL course behind your name. I learnt so much from the course I have done and have recommended it to people and thus far I know 3 people that have already looked in to doing the course. As an up-and-coming teacher I would highly recommend doing the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours) with The TEFL Academy. I was extremely satisfied.

WRONG SIZE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RATHER NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN IF THIS IS THE CASE
I ordered and paid for my product on the 3rd of November 2019, did not receive any confirmation, no processing update nothing. Sent my query and all they told me was that the case was now resolved, without even really helping me at all. Received an email the 28th of November 2019 that the product is on its way, but I can't even track it. Upon receiving my product it is 2 size to big - ordered a M received a XL. Sent an email to Zando on the 30th of November 2019 as to return the product to receive the correct size. I am still yet to receive feedback and the return policy is only valid for 14 days. How is the even fair if they don't reply their emails to do the return??? I have sent the same email 4 times now and phoned them. Still absolutely no feedback from their side. Even having the audacity to ask me to give a review. Absolutely ridiculous!
