Pathetic !!

I think it is extremely unprofessional of Burger Bistro Clubview to take on more orders than they can handle.

I understand that during loadshedding it can get busy but telling your clients it will be 50 min and then after 2 HOURS the food is still not ready is extremely Unacceptable!!

Burger bistro WAS our favourite place to get amazing food but the last 2 orders has become increasingly pathetic !! It is such a pity to see that they are just busy becoming a fast food chain and not the nice place to get a good burger anymore.

Honestly Burger bistro you have lost a loyal client forever !!

Oh and tell your manager who was on duty that he cant bull**** people into believing that the chips takes 40 min to cook… while the burgers are ready but he cant give them to us because thats “protocol”

Id rather eat McDonalds burgers then put up with your “customer service” again,
