If anyone wants to see how a company can destroy trust in a single move, read this. Cartrack offered me a written 80% settlement discount on an account: R2131 reduced to R426 — and I paid it BEFORE the deadline, with the exact reference they required, and I have the official bank proof to prove it. Simple? You’d think so. Instead, Cartrack: • ignored the payment, • failed to allocate it, • continued to demand money that was already settled, • and months later sent me a notice saying they had listed me as a defaulter. Let me be clear: They issued a settlement. I paid the settlement. They accepted the payment. Then they treated me like I never paid them. This is not a “small admin error”. This is ******** under the National Credit Act, and it’s a violation of POPIA, because they processed and broadcast incorrect financial information about me to third parties. And based on this experience, I genuinely wonder how many other customers have been listed or harassed because Cartrack simply couldn’t allocate a payment correctly. This is the kind of thing that destroys people’s credit lives — not because they didn’t pay, but because a company didn’t do its job. No accountability. No ownership. Just automated threats, legal letters, and an internal system that seems completely out of control. If you’re considering Cartrack, understand this clearly: You can pay them in full, with proof, and still be treated like a defaulter. That is the reality of my experience.
Absolutely useless with package delivery. The driver stated he attempted calls multiple times which he did not. The call centre agents promised follow ups and updates regarding the delivery, which was never recieved. Up to now, my package is somewhere with a driver that obviously cannot be bothered. I even offered to pick the package up myself to which the reply was “no Sir we promise it will be there within 30minutes” 0 stars for sure would not reccomend to use this company at any stage. The service adviser whose name i got was Kolelani and the driver Mathumi or something.
So this place came to our house, viewed items that they would like to buy, gave us a price, after we accepted, they sent guys to pick it up, they then damaged EVERY SINGLE ITEM (out of the 7) and only then figured out that they would need special equipment to move the large item (as they were told before) and then they just decided to cancel the deal. So now we have 7 damaged items and these fly by night ****** wants to take 0 responsibility for their actions. Jan, if you are reading this, unblock me, talk to me, compensate for the damages like a real business man and then I will change the rating to include decent customer service.
I think it is extremely unprofessional of Burger Bistro Clubview to take on more orders than they can handle. I understand that during loadshedding it can get busy but telling your clients it will be 50 min and then after 2 HOURS the food is still not ready is extremely Unacceptable!! Burger bistro WAS our favourite place to get amazing food but the last 2 orders has become increasingly pathetic !! It is such a pity to see that they are just busy becoming a fast food chain and not the nice place to get a good burger anymore. Honestly Burger bistro you have lost a loyal client forever !! Oh and tell your manager who was on duty that he cant bull**** people into believing that the chips takes 40 min to cook… while the burgers are ready but he cant give them to us because thats “protocol” Id rather eat McDonalds burgers then put up with your “customer service” again,
