Dishonest, *************, fly by nights.
So this place came to our house, viewed items that they would like to buy, gave us a price, after we accepted, they sent guys to pick it up, they then damaged EVERY SINGLE ITEM (out of the 7) and only then figured out that they would need special equipment to move the large item (as they were told before) and then they just decided to cancel the deal. So now we have 7 damaged items and these fly by night ****** wants to take 0 responsibility for their actions. Jan, if you are reading this, unblock me, talk to me, compensate for the damages like a real business man and then I will change the rating to include decent customer service.

Outstanding service from Bryanston Auctioneers
I am a regular buyer with them and they really go the extra mile for their customers. Always friendly and willing to assist. With the petrol price now so expensive, I have opted to use a courier service instead to collect my products from them. They have done an outstanding job with the packaging of my products. Thank you very much for your great service. Keep up the good work

Outstanding service from Bryanston Auctioneers
I am a regular buyer with them and they really go the extra mile for their customers. Always friendly and willing to assist. With the petrol price now so expensive, I have opted to use a courier service instead to collect my products from them. They have done an outstanding job with the packaging of my products. Unique Auctioneers in Potchefstroom.their number is 082789 2772
2017 they have auctioned my house together with my x-husband's lawyers. They changed the name with my x-husband signature. The court order was saying the house was mine. I went to the bank and paid up the settlement balance of tht house. But they auctioned it without me knowing. I showed them the proof of payment. Then they promised not to touch my money of which was R339 000.with its interest. They sent me an email showing me the money they going to pay me. After a week. They said my x husband s lawyer want the money for people who were renting in my house. People rented after divorce was finalized. Today they have showed me that they took money and give it to my x husband the amount of R100 and something thousand.

Bryanston Auctioneers - Excellent!
Jan, the owner, met me promptly at 230pm on Friday 26 March 2021. A thorough Inventory list with pricing was written up. Collection for an outright purchase was done at 830 am on Tuesday 30 March 2021. On Wednesday 31 March 2021, monies were promptly paid into my account. Geena his assistant was extremely prompt in dealing with emails and whatsapp's. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with them!

I will never deal with Bryanston Auctioneers again. Last year I placed a large amount of vintage items on their auction. i Asked for the items to be placed on the antique auction. They placed all the items on the general auction, I was furious when I found out. They listed an etched crystal vase as a Japanese Tokani vase When I complained about this, their reaction was "we listed it as that".

Difficult made easy
I was dealing with the household contents of a deceased estate. These auctioneers gave me a valuation and on an agreed day, the contents of the house were removed and I was paid. Easy, seamless, professional. I’d definitely use them again.
