Bid or Buy loyal seller treated like a criminal
BidorBuy constantly suspending my seller account and payouts without valid reason. No positive assistance from either customer service or community watch. Any assistance only positive towards buyers. They don't listen to reason and are totally unresponsive to the sellers needs. As long as they get their share of the sale and to hell with the rest. Sending out my orders are delayed and sometimes canceled due to this issue. As usual they won't respond. They give a damn Being treated like a criminal for being a loyal seller that is BidorBuy philosophy.

Great service from their Three Rivers branch in Vereeniging. Perfect pizza, very fresh and tasty ingredients. Please keep up the good work. Thank you very much

Outstanding service from Bryanston Auctioneers
I am a regular buyer with them and they really go the extra mile for their customers. Always friendly and willing to assist. With the petrol price now so expensive, I have opted to use a courier service instead to collect my products from them. They have done an outstanding job with the packaging of my products. Thank you very much for your great service. Keep up the good work

Very bad service from Old Johannesburg Warehouse
I bought items on auction and paid promptly. Just asking them to give me the dimensions of my parcels for courier collection. The excuse is that they are very busy packing other orders. I would have to wait until next week some time. I don't have time to play games. Am I not a paying customer also. What about my items that have been paid for already. Very bad service. I will ask for a refund. No longer interested in this company. Avoid them at all cost and save yourself some headaches.

Very bad Customer Service from Bid or Buy
Pathetic customer service from Bidorbuy customer service department. I am having a problem with a buyer that does not want to pay his order and Bidorbuy allows the buyer to do as he pleases by not keeping to their rules by honouring his agreement. I am highly disapointed as customer service department deleted some of my query tickets and now the timeframe of my issue is also adjusted and therefore they need more time to attend to the issue. I am now being victimized as the buyer does not want to pay or cancel his order. They refuse to force this buyer to decide what he wants to do. How awesome is that ? Free for all and then they refuse to pay back my success fee for this order because they can't function properly. I am done for now. Will update as soon as resolved.
