Money wasted, no empathy, no urgency

Stay away from Burgerhuyser Law Firm! They have no empathy, no edge of emergency. I feel like my case was taken for granted. Things have escalated from better to worse because they just sat and did nothing then writing correspondence with no follow up. I paid up for a service for a reason, to let things be handled while I deal with other issues but what a waste of money I won't get back.

I'm still fuming about my experience with them. Zero empathy, no urgency, and a total lack of communication. I paid for a service, but got nothing in return. No follow-ups, no progress, just empty correspondence. Definitely not a happy client.

From November till now, nothing was done. I had to fight for myself every step of the way. The only bright spot was the receptionist - super warm and lovely 🙏.

If you've got an emergency, don't bother calling them. They'll only waste your time and money. 👎 Would NOT recommend."
