Stay away from Burgerhuyser Law Firm! They have no empathy, no edge of emergency. I feel like my case was taken for granted. Things have escalated from better to worse because they just sat and did nothing then writing correspondence with no follow up. I paid up for a service for a reason, to let things be handled while I deal with other issues but what a waste of money I won't get back. I'm still fuming about my experience with them. Zero empathy, no urgency, and a total lack of communication. I paid for a service, but got nothing in return. No follow-ups, no progress, just empty correspondence. Definitely not a happy client. From November till now, nothing was done. I had to fight for myself every step of the way. The only bright spot was the receptionist - super warm and lovely 🙏. If you've got an emergency, don't bother calling them. They'll only waste your time and money. 👎 Would NOT recommend."
I have already placed an order with Romana pizza san Ridge Square in thier busiest time and I have already got the best service, I would get there and my order will be ready for collection. I have done the same again. Got the best service when placing as always, when I got to the place not even busy but they haven't made my order. I had to wait while they trying to fix already made pizza so they can replace my order. I am really disappointed as this was one of my favorite places which always delivered and never disappointed.
I have placed an order on the 12 January, 3 days ago I received an email that one of the products have been canceled and refund processed successfully, the item cost R250, only received R79. Where is the rest of my money.
Came to builders warehouse roodepoort, I was looking for a handful potting soil which they don't have. I was assisted by Gobi... he went all his way out to check if they can assist with a handful soil, he was friendly and willing to assist. I did manage to purchase the soil as per request all due to his willingness.
I have app**** for two courses, they placed me on physical classes, have explained to Carlos or Santo whoever he is that I chose distance learning due to work. May he change to distance learning, he was not willing to listen or understand nor helping. I asked 100times can we get a solution and not go back n forth, that fell on deaf ear. I asked for a refund and he refused. He was unprofessional, unwilling to listen, help. I asked him numerous times to change me to distance learning he kept talking about the system doesn't make mistakes
I had a contact for 3 years with vodacom, the contract ended 28 February, March i called to cancel which they canceled. Changed my number to prepaid but somehow vodacomsa thinks I owe them. They are busy trying to deduct money in my account, this is absolutely unacceptable. The contract ended, served notice. Send those lawyers as you want. Yoh will never get anything out of me
Hi bought a 75 inch tv, when I got home it had a crack, I called game and the lady kept on transferring me to the manager which just ring with no answer, I had to keep on calling again with no help. I then asked her who can I talk to since your manager is not answering the phone, she transfer the call to the sales guy, who I asked to speak to the manager, he than said he is looking for the manager even now he can't find the manager, kept on call and on one answered the phone. The name of the sale person is ndumiso madonsela. Game mall of Africa. I hope when I get to the shop, the manager will be there to resolve this issues. No help, poor service evening from the purchase.
Rented a car at avis grand central, when I got to the toll gate their E tag didn't work, when I asked the E toll guy he said it showed blacklisted. I contacted them to assist they asked for details which I gave, they told me that I should wait a few minutes it will be sorted, after 10 minutes I return again, it still got declined. I called for assist again they telling me they have sent an email and awaiting a response. I asked them if they don't check their cars and e tag if they are valid, I am stuck at the toll gate, the lady said she did sent am email and I should wait again, after 30 minutes I called to check if I can try again, she tells me that the is no response I should wait again. My response was looking at the time you are about to knock off yet after waiting for almost 50 mins no help was given. Who is going to assist me? I was forced to use alternative routes which was longer. At 17:00 they said the E tag on the car was faulty. Didn't get help but had to opt for a longer route. I am disappointed on how they don't check if thier tags are working or not. We have to get struck on tolls because of incompetency.
I would give 0 if possible. I bought two single beds on the 24/12/2024 which were paid in full. The lady who made the sales called on the 30/12/2024 saying they gave me a wrong order and she only noticed it now when they were doing stock check. I didn't have a problem in exchanging the beds I mentioned that I am at work at the moment and thus can be done when I am off. I also mentioned that no furniture movement was allowed after 18:00 in the complex I stay in. She kept on harassing me with none ending calls. She wanted me to buy the balance of the wrong bed given. She was rude and never wanted to listen to what I said. But wanted to do things her way. With the consumer law any mattress bought and used can't be returned. She then came with the police to my complex. The unprofessionalism this matter is handled with the attitude given. Yet I was willing to meet her halfway by returning the other used bed.
As a netcare employee I must say I was very disappointed with the treatment received at netcare sunninghill emergency department, I came in the due to severe body pains and headache as well vomiting. Wanted a second opinion. Was told to consult, I was put in a cubicle room a student took my vitals sign and waiting 30mins plus with no sister nor Dr even though the file was opened to attend to me, one sister came name Rachel peep into the room no greetings and left, can again still no greetings nor introduction asked you here for follow up? With your stomach? I asked when did I consult if you just assuming? Instead of asking me why I'm there what's wrong so she can get my story guess it was impossible for to do that, finally the Dr came explain what wrong but she insisted if I have something bothering me, I should talk to her after telling her more then 5 times I am in pain, I still didn't have an IV line on, no treatment was given still yet the so Dr want to make this as an emotional or stress diagnosis, I am I health practitioner who works at netcare I know how this works. Very highly disappointed and will never set my foot here after that, asked for the unit manager intervention
