False advertising and bad customer service

I recently ate at the burgerack in Menlyn(08/02/2025).Ordered the Family meal that came with 500g ribs,two cheese burgers,chips and onion rings.The ribs we got were not 500g ribs,more like 400g.i have eaten ribs so many times and I know what 400g ribs look like.When I complained,they just ignored me.
