I have sent in my wheat eater that I bought in November2022 for repairs - returned it in December 2022 as it was not feeding the petrol when I called January they told me that the company only opened second week In January so they are working on it. I then called today 20.02.2023 and the lady I spoke to tells me the machine was only collected from them 2 weeks ago it's already 2 months they have it and this is the pathetic service I get for a machine that was a month old. I demand my full refund as this is pathetic service how can this take so long. I want my money back as I will rather go somewhere else where customer service is a priority. They don't even follow up or anything you must call after them as if I got this for free R2000 is alot of money I want a complete refund
