I have not even started off with this medical aid and already having trouble. I sent in my cancellation on the 3 DEcember and was advise that if a provide my new medical details that this will be cancelled immeditely. I have so many reference numbers to my case thats how pathetic they are getting sent from one department to the next. is it so difficult to just cancel this medical aid? pathetic if you ask me as i never experienced this with my previous medical aid. its so easy to sign up but you dont get the right service when leaving. December is a short month and i need this cancelled and confirmed - i dont see what the big hold up is! i called in how many times sent how many emails and i cant get answers!
i have placed an online order from Makro on Sunday an Delivery was scheduled for Monday - i just received a email stating delivery attemopt failed. Today is Thursday i spent over R150 airtime trying to call wonderboom Makro and when getting through to reception and she transfers me the call gets cut. This is absolute poor service. No one attempted to deliver i am home all day there was no one there. my second order was delivered on Tuesday no hustle. Really pathetic the service i am receiving
I am very disappointed in discovery medical aid. My daughter has been admitted in hospital and she is only 3 years old. I get told by the hospital your medical dont cover for you to stay here so u will have to pay for yourself. Called discovery and they tell me they only cover the person admitted and not the lodger. So please help me right, my daughter is 3 year old, what u trying to say I must dump my child and go home cos u can't cover the fact that a 3 year old needs her parents supervision at all times in hospital as anything can happen? Why was this not explained when we take this medical out and not all of us has money laying around. This is honestly very poor and I am honestly disappointed as we not paying cheap to be on medical aid. This term and condition u have simply tells me that you have no interest in the good wealth of our children imagine not helping a parent stay in hospital to take care of her 3 year old. It's then the same principal has goings public hospital where parents can't sleep there. Really I am disgusted and this is my 6th evening in hospital already.
I am really unhappy with the service that i received from mobicred with updating my bank details. I was advised that i should upload my details on the online platform after they could not do it telephonically and was told that i should do so within the period i dont need my account. i uploaded my bank details on the 9th July and it said successful. then on the 17th when i tried to use my account i couldnt called them on the 18th and was advised the bank didnt upload my bank details sucessfully - where is any communication made to me regarding this? i then had to send them my confirmation letter and now i am advised that i need to wait another 5 days!!!! PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOUR PROBLEM BECAME MY PROBLEM now that i need to use my account i cant. Really for the amount of years i am with you guys your communication is really bad. not even i will escalate it as important or nothing all i get told i must wait the 5 days out.
I am writing this review for the bad service my Parents are getting from Standard Bank Home insurnace. They broke into my parents property at the begining of April we submitted a claim and today its the 24 April 2025 and still no feedback its forever still being reviewed. it costed my parents to fix on their own as they stole the electricity and water pipes. The assessor sent them the documents required and just to pro-long everything they requested it again on the 22 April, my mother called them this morning and not we must wait again. WHAT IS IT TAKING SO LONG? The gentlemen that answered my mothers call politely answered and said its okay put us on socail media - where is the customer service here what an attitude no people skills at all. Standard Bank is so quick to deduct money and very difficult to pay out when something happens. my parents are with this bank for nearly 20 years if i count up what they paid and what you need to pay out its so little but this claim is forever under review and needs to be checked and no one can give right feedback. This is ridiculous, ripping old people from money and cant assist when it comes to claiming. i need answers or i will drag this to the ombudsman!
I am very ****ed at this point with the feedback i received from Fever tree telephonically. I was at clicks purchasing items and when i tried to use my fever tree account to pay it was declined. when i called fever tree i was told that my credit report is out dated and that it needs to be updated it was updated 2018 last - dont ask me how as in 2022 i asked for more credit which was granted. After doing this credit check i am now declined and can not use my account due to defaults on my name THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FEVER TREE!!! I pay this account on a monthly bases and now i cant use it cos of other things on my name - what does my personal life or account have to do with this specific account. its like having a Edgars account i pay monthly and then cant use it. This is the 1st time i hear of this. where is the contract i signed that states that if a default on any of my other accounts i wont be able to use this one. Fever Tree can not give me any answers but the fact that this account is blocked due to other accounts being in arrears on my credit profile. I pay this account every single month with no fail!!!!!!!!!! really the most ****est thing i have ever head!!!!!!!!!! I am shocked really, VERY BAD SERIVICE. No Communication or anything reagrding this you just decided to block and figure out when i go to use it that its not working. when i have yet been loyal to pay this account!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very dissapointed in the service that i am currently experience with takealot after buying from them nearly every week for the past 2 years. I Normally keep a credit on my account for emergency purpose and when logging into my account this weekend i noticed that there was a R109 taken - i contacted takealot to clarify this and there response its for a replacement of an item that arrived at my place that was damaged - after emailing them and tehy telling me that i can keep the remainder of the damaged goods and they will give me a new one - to notice now that i am actually paying for the replacement. without my consent they take from my money - is that not *****? now that i am telling them to keep there good and put my vredit back they also cant to that as they already processed the order i must wait for it to be delivered and then cancel it what **** is this. I want my money back on my account - you guys are really just dissapointing - why must i wait for a dispatch to cancel if the parcel has not yet been ships. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY THATS ALL I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very disgusted in the service received. The agent I chatted with has so much attitude. I got a free R50 play for my bday which they loaded incorrectly to mynormal account and not bonus account I then played it out and they put my account in a minus and expect me to pay it back. So who's fault was this mine or Theresa's I was not aware of how it works and that it was for specific games and it allowed me to play it. Now my account is in a minus nd they expect e to pay for their system error. Bull**** I want this fixed. Contact number 060 481 2657. The agent was not even willing to escalate this as he said he explained the error and this doesn't need assistance.
i have sent an email last week already to Stash from liberty life regarding my cellphone number that has changed and a week later i still have no response from you guys. i can not access my profile. this is pathetic service tried chatting on your whatsapp line when they feel they have answered enough they end the chat - lets call this CUSTOMER SERVICE. i am ****ed off with the service i am getting.
I have visited checkers The Grove in Pretoria over the weekend. And I would lie to tank you for the service received. Walking into your store te cleanliness was 100% on point. Really gives a person the motive to buy from your. Your meat is one of the best and so quick to cook. The help at the till will the friendly staff is amazing the ques where so long but within 10 minutes I was at t front I enjoyed seeing how happy the tellers was to assist. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Keep up the good work
