deleted backups before restoration
As a company who deal with many clients, we receive many Emails in order to do our work. We stored a backup of these emails at Burstdigital. the size of our backup grew extremely large.
We got a computer virus from a corrupted email that caused the company to loose important data and we had to request for our backup to be restored and also be moved to a provider that offers more backup space.
A link was sent to us to retrieve out backup via weshare but the link expired before we could attend to the restoration, when we requested another link we were told that our backup has already been deleted.

We are truly sorry for what has happened to your emails. But, we advised you on what the procedure will be to move your emails and the notice on the backup was clear that it will only be available for a certain period to download. But, nobody even tried to download the backup.
