As a company who deal with many clients, we receive many Emails in order to do our work. We stored a backup of these emails at Burstdigital. the size of our backup grew extremely large. We got a computer virus from a corrupted email that caused the company to loose important data and we had to request for our backup to be restored and also be moved to a provider that offers more backup space. A link was sent to us to retrieve out backup via weshare but the link expired before we could attend to the restoration, when we requested another link we were told that our backup has already been deleted.
First of all, they did not warn our company that they cannot store our email backups over the size of 50GB, once our mails exceeded that limit we started having the one problem after the other that started with us not receiving any mails from our clients. We've been submitting tickets since September and the problem still hasn't been solved.
