On the 16th December i went to buskies resort for an event they were hosting, i used a card to pay on that day, things turned sour on the 27th of December when they took my money again.

I was at buskies today,26 dec 2022 and it was great spending time with friends until it was home time, when i get to parking i find that my car was bumped and it left scratches on my car and none of the cat guards knew what happened. I was very disappointed that we get there thinking our cats are safe but they not. Rather not have can guards at all.

I was at buskies today,26 dec 2022 and it was great spending time with friends until it was home time, when i get to parking i find that my car was bumped and it left scratches on my car and none of the cat guards knew what happened. I just started Shem On the weekend of the 10th -12th June 2022 we booked a Charley for 5 ladies taking advantage of their winter special ...we all got there at different times after check in time which left us with no time make the check list of which they were aware off...but with all of that we were booked in a Charlet that was not maintained at all from the morning of Saturday we had to report from the the toilet to the shower blocked or not working properly ....the extra bed in our Charlet was in a bad condition the person whom used it slept terrible for the amount we paid for the stay and it was only replaced on Saturday apon our report ...only 1 toilet paper for 5 ladies...whwn we asked for another one Saturday morning we were given poor quality lowee grade the one we're welcomed with....the break fast was brought in without the other things we kept on calling for the ladies to bring other stuff as simple as juice ..sauces the teas,coffee,etc were not enough to accommodate 5 ...the breakfast on Sunday was below the standard than what we had on Saturday..,..later on we discovered a chair which we did not use that it was unstable ...Sunday monlrning during check out we reported the chair before they could even see it ...but the rude lady could not hear it then after...over 7 days which we were still waiting for the security refund I enquired but I was then told that they took R450 for the broken chair and refund R50 which is still not on our account ...now they are not responding to us on what's app as prompt as they received our booking money ... my review to this place is a zero ...I would not recommend them to anyone I understand covid has got us all but to make money out of us while they don't maintain their property...am annoyed by the no response n rudeness from all of this this is going to hello peter For my 3rd stay at the resort u really downgraded ur standards from breakfast buffet to what we received from soft beds to hard mattress...the stay was really horrible ...make sure you refund us our security money we all know the value for money in this economy crisis🚮😡😡😡😡

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS RESORT UNLESS YOU ARE WHITE! I was racially profiled via WhatsApp while trying to make a booking, after realizing I am a person of colour I was blatantly ignored while the person was online! Mind you I was not being rude or nasty if anything i was nice and patient

The white ladies at the reception are super rude, full of racism, They do not know what customer service is, The whole experience inside is nice, the two ladies are the reason for my rating: I am totally dissatisfied with their service.

Rand girls school was there for a school trip. Our daughter was there having fun. After a swim, she went on one of the slides. Her body was still wet. She was about to slide when she was electricuted. She was treated by first aiders, and one of the employees was heard saying that they were supposed to cover the electric wires a long time ago. Buskies resort is not safe for our kids. Our daughter was very lucky to be alive at this instance. Please sort ur place for our safety and our kids' safety
