Dear Nurse Gugu I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful care and service you provided during my visit to the clinic. Your kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference. You went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported, and I am deeply grateful for the compassion you showed. Your dedication to your work and the gentle way you treat people does not go unnoticed. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Regards
Heartfelt Thanks to the Boston Team Dear Boston Team, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to each and every individual who played a role in ensuring that I graduate in 2024. After the initial miscommunication and being informed that my name had been mistakenly omitted from the invitation list for the graduation ceremony, I was truly moved by the Boston team’s efforts to rectify the situation. The gesture of covering my graduation expenses, including the gown, belt, and photos, was incredibly thoughtful, and I was overjoyed to receive this news when I arrived at the venue. For this, I am deeply grateful and happy. I would like to give a special thank you to Patience, the branch manager, for consistently going above and beyond whenever needed. The branch is truly fortunate to have her as a leader. It is because of her support that I will be re-registering for next year. Thank you again to the entire team for your incredible support and dedication. Regards
Greeting to All I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding the lack of communication about my graduation. Earlier this year, I reached out to inquire about the graduation date and was informed by a staff member named Zanele that occupational graduations are typically held in December. She assured me I would receive an invitation closer to the time. However, now that it is November, I followed up only to discover that the graduations had already taken place in June and September. I am extremely disappointed that I was not invited to the celebration, especially given the previous information I received. I have now been told that I will be included in next year’s September graduation, but this situation has left me very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. Kind regards, Simphiwe Masuluke
Greetings to All It is with disappointment that I write this review, Earlier this year I enquired about the graduation date and a lady by the name of Zanele rep**** me to tell me that occupational graduations are normally held in December and I will therefore receive an invitation when the time approaches, it’s November now I decided follow up and only to find out that there has been a change and the graduations had already taken place in June and September and I find it very disappointing as to why I was not invited to the celebration, and I am now told that I will be added to next year’s September graduation. I am very disappointed and not pleased with the service from the Braamfontein branch.
I am writing to express my gratitude with the excellent service I received from Patience from the Boston City College in Braamfontein, she attended to my request immediately, with follow ups and before I could know it she had resolved it in a very short period of time, your prompt and excellent service is recognized, thank you so much you deserve 10 stars.
Good day All My name is Refilwe Masuluke, currently working at Dischem in Strubensvalley/ Retail Crossing. I am writing to complain about the treatment I received from one of your employees from Pep Strubensvalley by the name of Pretty. It has been two instances now whereby I have been receiving bad customer service from the manager Pretty. First instance was that I bought an Item from a store in Alberton, and wanted to exchange it for a bigger Item and the lady gave me a super bad attitude, did not want to take back the Item and told me to take it to the store I bought it from, and It was still in good condition also the receipt provided. Second Instance I bought shoes from the store she currently works in, and two days later the shoes were torn, Took them back to the store with the receipt also and she gave me a rude attitude again and did not want to exchange them. I am now writing this email hoping there would be an action done for such treatment, and very much not happy about the store service anymore, especially coming from someone I expect to know more about customer obsession and how the customer should be treated. Really hoping to get a positive response from the Incidents management. Should you wish to contact me on my cell is 0665680392 Kind regards
I would like to thank you so much for the super awesome treatment I received yesterday at Thaba Eco Hotel. Thank you for really understanding what I needed for my birthday the 26th of March as well as making it a reality. I enjoyed every second of it, The Eco Driver was Exceptional, super great. Most of all thank you so much for arranging the picnic ,Our spot was situated in such a perfect place and that's what I wanted the most! I would definitely recommend Thaba Eco Hotel to all my family and friends as the waiters and staff are super friendly, they would all greet and even share a small chat whenever they pass by. Much appreciated for the great service Thank you Simphiwe and Nkosi
The lady at the reception by the name of Nandipha is very rude, can she be taken to a customer service course please, because her communication skills are super bad. I am not please with her service!
The white ladies at the reception are super rude, full of racism, They do not know what customer service is, The whole experience inside is nice, the two ladies are the reason for my rating: I am totally dissatisfied with their service.
