Some things are not in our control

Today I visited Butcher Boys in Umhlanga and unfortunately a strong wing blew their light ornaments down causing the bits and pieces to fly onto their customers. In this situation something hit my arm and something went to my eye. The amount of support, care, caution, accountability and customer excellence I received from Phiwe and Blessing was out of this world. Not only did the manager personally take me to the pharmacy to get aid but their waiter blessing continuously checked on me and my sister throughout the whole ordeal. I have never experienced such a human element in customer experience. I have been saying I want to visit other restaurants this year as a New Year’s resolution but that is no longer necessary. I definitely will be frequenting butcher boys much more often than I did before. Thank you Phiwe once more for stepping up for your waiter and being an amazing support which built my trust in you to support me.

The cherry on top - my meal was taken care of. My details were taken to ensure I’m 100% well tomorrow.
