<p>I have had to return a product twice now as first it was faulty and the replacement was damaged due mishandling and no special wrapping used. The sales Person Jay seriously needs to go on acustomer service training. It's been two weeks now since I returned the damaged item and they have not sent a replacement. Jay just does not bother to answer emails. I was told I would have delivery last Wednesday, I am still waiting. After sending numerous follow up emails they just don't respond. </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ONLY USE TAKEALOT BEST SERVICE BEST DELIVERY EVER THROUGH THEM. I REPEAT, DO NOT BY FROM BUYFAST OR SHOULD I SAY BUY SLOW BUY POOR SERVICE. </p>
