Sealed battery unit leaked and no replacement
On 14 April 2015 we purchased an Inverter from the company which came with 2 \free"batteries. However we purchased an additional bigger battery to use as well. Invoice number 1500112. When the goods were delivered the bigger battery which is a sealed unit had fluid leaking out of it. The battery also had some other persons name written on the box. We lodged a complaint and they stated that it is not their fault but the couriers fault. We dealt with BuyFast and not a courier company when ordering online. <br> They initially made contact with us and assured us it would be resolved promptly. To date we have not had any further correspondence from BuyFast. This is a warning to all others not to purchase from this Company """

Try to contact Buyfast with mail and per landline
Bought a Solar panel with inverter advertised 1600 watt with battery,i received 300-500watt inverter the wrong battery not the same as advertised.The battery acid leaking out and not high cycle sealed as supposed to be.<br> I have tried to make contact with sales or any person from buyfast via mail and landline NO ANSWER.I will <br> deffinitly not recommend anyone to buy from Buyfast.the courier service they used were dawn wing,the package was lying down wich there vehicle was not high enouth for package.Package was not marked wich side up nor fragile.I am sitting with wrong product and damaged.<br> Wynand

I tried to contact Buyfast via [Email Removed] in order to obtain more detail about the functionality of their 800W inverter plus two batteries and their delivery time: No response whatsoever. I am perturbed that the person who posted on HelloPeter that Buyfast offers good service etc is someone called Ariel21. Ariel is the contact person at Buyfast who fails to respond to emails. If Ariel and Ariel21 is one and the same person then the supplier Buyfast is posting false positive comments about its service.

Sent incorrect product
I bought an item from Buyfast. It arrived in good time but was the wrong product (red and not wooden). I called and pointed out that it is the wrong product (the blue one has another product code), but the customer care staff member stated that they cannot exchange if product was bought with a voucher and that exchange will mess up stock controls. I was referred to customer care manager (Jay) who stated the same thing. I maintained that this is not an \exchange\", but that they sent me the wrong product. We then looked at the catalogue online and Jay agreed that the product I ordered was not sent to me. He said he will get back to me. I have heard nothing since."

Buy fast and receive just promises
<p>I bought a dvr cam Corder on 9 June 2016. I paid the money over on 2016-06-13. I emidiately send them the proof of payment. I then waited till the 15 June to find out how long delivery will take. They told me the package was picked up by their courier company still the same day and that the package will be delivered on the public holiday or on the 17th. The 17th went by and I phoned them at about 12 o clock to find out how far is the courier I was told the same story that the parcel will be delivered during the day or on Monday morning. Monday 20 June I phoned them again and asked about my parcel they said the parcel is picked up or sent to the courier company and that it will be delivered on 21st the morning. They send me a email with a waybill number for either dawnwing or fast couriers but when I do a online Parcells check the message says no Parcells exists or waybill number hasn't been scanned yet. </p>

<p>I ordered some items from buyfast.co.za on 3 September..It is now the 7th and I tried to get a hold of them via email and landline with no success.. I just want find out where my packadge is..Is there any way to find out if they still exists before anybody else steps into the same trap?Not cool buyfast!!!</p>

Terrible Service, Terrible Delivery, Empty Promises
<p>I have had to return a product twice now as first it was faulty and the replacement was damaged due mishandling and no special wrapping used. The sales Person Jay seriously needs to go on acustomer service training. It's been two weeks now since I returned the damaged item and they have not sent a replacement. Jay just does not bother to answer emails. I was told I would have delivery last Wednesday, I am still waiting. After sending numerous follow up emails they just don't respond. </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ONLY USE TAKEALOT BEST SERVICE BEST DELIVERY EVER THROUGH THEM. I REPEAT, DO NOT BY FROM BUYFAST OR SHOULD I SAY BUY SLOW BUY POOR SERVICE. </p>
