EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY PRDUCTS!</p> <p> </p> <p>THEY DONT EVER BOTHER TO REPLY ON MAILS OR RETURN CALLS! </p> <p> </p> <p>I reived my order broken, then sent it back and asked for a refund.... they kept making promises that they will refund... never happened!!! still waiting!!! I send atleast they are ignoring all my email and tel msgs.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT SUPPORT! MASSIVE DISSAPOINTMENT</p> <p> </p> <p>People responsible: THULI, NANDI & JAY "apparently the manager" Who buy the way puts the phone down in my ear.</p>
<p>Outstanding Customer Service!</p> <p> </p> <p>Going to make this very short!</p> <p> </p> <p>Had some issues when when i took in my Motorcycle boots but Rod took ownership of the problem. A problem that i thought was impossible to sort out and he very quickly made a few calls, sorted it and gave me feedback! "Problem Solved"</p> <p> </p> <p>These guys are all for customer service and keepin the customer happy no matter what!</p> <p> </p> <p>Awesome service guys! Keep it up!</p>

Stay far away from this company!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I read bad reviews on the net about this company before i ordered the product, i thought lets take a chance maybe they arent so bad.<br /><br />chose the product, made the payment and sent them POP, 2 days later it started where i had to phone them to find out what is happening and when am i getting my order. Then only they started the process. Then a day later i was sent the wrong tracking details, i had to phone because no mails where ever answered... maybe once.. cant remember... <br /><br />Basically a week later i received my order only to find its incredible and i mean horrifyingly low quality and broken so i immidiately contacted them as again they did not respond on mails. I then asked for refund and they said sure, no problem! A day later the courier picked it up and took it back.<br /><br />I was sent the following mail after asking for a refund...</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you, refund already submitted please do expect the funds to reflect on Tuesday 12 July 2016.07.08</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Thuli Mncusini</p> <p>Personal Assistance</p> <p> </p> <p>After probaly 30 ignored mail to them and 50 call i still dont have my money, i once stayed on the line for 25mins just so they can send me a POP wich was fake by the way.<br /><br />And believe me when i say they will not phone you back, no matter how friendly they sound.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also after numarous conversations with the so called manager Jay who by the way put the phone in my ear down i had now luck.<br /><br />i make atleast 5-10 calls the them on a daily basis but i still dont have my money, they promise that it will be paid everyday. and yet nothing happens.
