Everytime I want to book I can't. Everytime they say" It seems you have chosen a popular time period for your booking, would you like to try another range of dates and we’ll try to find the closest match?"
<p>I bought a dvr cam Corder on 9 June 2016. I paid the money over on 2016-06-13. I emidiately send them the proof of payment. I then waited till the 15 June to find out how long delivery will take. They told me the package was picked up by their courier company still the same day and that the package will be delivered on the public holiday or on the 17th. The 17th went by and I phoned them at about 12 o clock to find out how far is the courier I was told the same story that the parcel will be delivered during the day or on Monday morning. Monday 20 June I phoned them again and asked about my parcel they said the parcel is picked up or sent to the courier company and that it will be delivered on 21st the morning. They send me a email with a waybill number for either dawnwing or fast couriers but when I do a online Parcells check the message says no Parcells exists or waybill number hasn't been scanned yet. </p>
We where at maverick Spur in Three Rivers. We booked tables for 25 people as it was my grandmother's 74 th birthday for a breakfast. The booking was done on Friday 2018/10/26 near the play area as there is 7 small children. Booking was made for 10:00 to 10:30. On arrival there was no booking on the list but a confirmation SMS was received for the booking. We were accomadated in one section of spur. After 10 min we were moved to other tables. Drinks came for one couple. The couple that ordered last got their good food first but no drinks. We had to order at 3 different waiters to get all the drinks and all the food came with no toast. The toast only arrived after most of the food was cold. Add ons came separately also when food was already cold. This is not how we expected our service at spur.
Unauthorized debit order from my wives account 2 months in a row after I phoned them on 13 August and 23 August and they assured me that the debit order was canceled by them as my wife and I are seperated. Still she informed me that the debit order went through on 2018/08/28. I am also paying double on my data account because I didn't upgrade my account. The contract I signed stipulated R542 x 24 months. Now the data account are R1017. This is unacceptable and breach of contract. In July they rectified the mistake but after numerous phone calls they didn't attend to my query that was locked in that account on 13 August and again on 23 August the lady I spoke to told me she can see there is a query locked on it but they haven't worked on it or opened it yet. She also assured me that the debit order was canceled to cash payment. Please help me in this regard.
