<p>I have had to return a product twice now as first it was faulty and the replacement was damaged due mishandling and no special wrapping used. The sales Person Jay seriously needs to go on acustomer service training. It's been two weeks now since I returned the damaged item and they have not sent a replacement. Jay just does not bother to answer emails. I was told I would have delivery last Wednesday, I am still waiting. After sending numerous follow up emails they just don't respond. </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ONLY USE TAKEALOT BEST SERVICE BEST DELIVERY EVER THROUGH THEM. I REPEAT, DO NOT BY FROM BUYFAST OR SHOULD I SAY BUY SLOW BUY POOR SERVICE. </p>
Hi, I placed an order on the 3rd November, hoping to have my order before Christmas as they are Christmas gifts, it is now the 2 December and I still do not have my order! I have to be the one to follow up with Makro as the Makro team have no customer service ethics, only to find out my order is delayed as they ran out of stock. I was told I have to wait another 21 days for my order! Do i now have to go out and purchase something else to place under the Christmas tree or just tell my kids sorry Santa did not come this year? This service is disgustingly poor with no follow up ethics with clients. I Would like my delivery ASAP. I will never recommend online shopping through Makro as you do not keep to your policy. I might add my husbands gift i bought through takealot on Friday the 27th November arrived today the 2 December with no courier charge. I will only Oder from them in future. Infuture I will no longer place an order through Makro online shopping. The service is totally poor!
