Really disappointed with the BuyandGet Team. I have bought 2 samsung products which qualified for vouchers from certain retailers. I decided to opt for the Dischem vouchers as this was the most beneficial to me.
I was unable to get my vouchers online, and I raised this with the BuyandGet team, who also informed me that I was not the only client having this issue. I was advised they would raise this the IT team. Only to get feedback 2 months later stating they sorry there is nothing they can do.
Which is really unfair when a company has technical glitches, as a consumer we have to take the fall?
Till today , I cannot get hold of any senior at the BuyandGet team cause they always supposedly in meetings
