My internet has been down since yesterday 2pm. I have logged the ticket with Vox after waiting in the queue for more than 30 min to get through to their support team. My children cannot study because they need access to the internet to access their school work. The psychological implications on my children at the moment is unbearable. They are crying because they are stressing. All I need is VOX to urgently assist me and to sort out this issue.
My kida need to study but that does not matter 5o VOX, all they keep responding to me is that I need to log a ticket. How many tickets must I log in order for the tears and stress to be taken away from my children.
When will VOX assist us. When? How long does it take you to assist in times of emergency, especially when young children need to study for exams.
