Buzybuy Team, specifically Dewald who assisted me via whatsup and assured me my services and migration was 100% in order and it will run smoothly and sadly to know since Buzybuy went over to Vox it was a nightmare! Kayleigh Van Der Schyff from Vox assured me in July I will not have problems as she sorted our everything from her side but yet to know I have endless issues! She promised me yesterday my services would be up and running this morning as per her management, but yet I am still off line. Going onto day 3! I was in contact with Dale Bredenkamp of Buzybuy this morning and told him my concern where he assured it is a fault from Vox. Have you ever heard of paying for a supplier and your services gets terminated without your consent. Oh of course this is the New Era we living in, pay your Electric Bill and you have no power, pay your internet provider and don't get service. Sadly to think Vox blames Buzybuy and BuzyBuy blames Vox. Bottom line why employ *********** staff who say they have all the degrees and experience for the job but yet you sit with problems. Strange Era once again. I belive and hope you compensate your unhappy customers or once again the new Era thrives on unhappy clients, companies close down, loose business because you don't have the correct qualified staff to solve your problems. Any suggestions on better service providers who take pride in there work or do people not the pride anymore.
