Buzybuy Team, specifically Dewald who assisted me via whatsup and assured me my services and migration was 100% in order and it will run smoothly and sadly to know since Buzybuy went over to Vox it was a nightmare! Kayleigh Van Der Schyff from Vox assured me in July I will not have problems as she sorted our everything from her side but yet to know I have endless issues! She promised me yesterday my services would be up and running this morning as per her management, but yet I am still off line. Going onto day 3! I was in contact with Dale Bredenkamp of Buzybuy this morning and told him my concern where he assured it is a fault from Vox. Have you ever heard of paying for a supplier and your services gets terminated without your consent. Oh of course this is the New Era we living in, pay your Electric Bill and you have no power, pay your internet provider and don't get service. Sadly to think Vox blames Buzybuy and BuzyBuy blames Vox. Bottom line why employ *********** staff who say they have all the degrees and experience for the job but yet you sit with problems. Strange Era once again. I belive and hope you compensate your unhappy customers or once again the new Era thrives on unhappy clients, companies close down, loose business because you don't have the correct qualified staff to solve your problems. Any suggestions on better service providers who take pride in there work or do people not the pride anymore.

On 25th April I went to your branch at Haasendal, no appointment was made as I was at the center. When I went in, there was no clients in store where I was approached by Samantha and asked her the price for just a cut, she rep**** R280. I asked when can they assist me, she said know and she will do it. Perfect, I was happy! As I have very thick bushy curly hair, I told her I have a kink in my hair and I want it shorter (hair was over my shoulders) and I told here I want it above my shoulders and it must be thinned out. She her own cell phone and Googled the length and I agreed 100% with her. She cut my hair and asked me if I was happy, so I said it is still busy when she asked me what should she do. She is the stylist and should not ask me! She then thinned my hair and I left. When I got home my partner said oh thought you cut your hair cos it looks the same so I said yes I did. When I turned around to show the back I was told oh no your hair is *****. I phoned the Salon, there were closed already. I was there at 4.30pm, they close at 6pm. I have proof of the times i phoned as well. The next morning 8:30 I phoned and spoke to Jody. She new exactly who I was and told me to come back they can fix it. I told her I can't come I am working, she then said come Thursday they open from 8:30am till 2pm due to the public holiday and if I'm early they will help me first.samantga is off but Simone is there, which I was happy with. I was at the store 8.15 and Simone was inside, I told her the problem and then she said I must wait inside as they open at 9 and Samantha will be there. Then other clients came in which had an appointment with Simone so I had to wait. I asked Jody, what's happening to what she said Samantha must sort it out and I said no because she messed up how can she sort it out and why didn't she do it right in the first place. Simone could not assist,I could not get a refund...so I left. Obviously they get paid commission so obviously Samantha won't sign it off to Simone. I contacted the manager on which Jody gave me her number, Monica, and I sent her a photo of the back of my hair clearly showing it is *****, which she said Samantha must sort it out and no refunds can be done. That's the only option out or else I must make an appointment or wait for when Simone is available. They defnitief will not see me again!

Consultant phoned me for a new contract, (currently i have 2 with Cell C) and i pay R2000 a month to Cell C, which I was qualified for on Notebook at R500 per month and actually was advised I could get 2. I went ahead, received the st8ck which was incorrect and sent it back to Cell C. Took them 3 weeks to get the stock back and cancel the contract! Bearing in mind it was sent overnight!! Now after that I applied for a new contract this time for a phone which is R990 per month (R10 less than Noetnook contacts) which I am declined for as my credit score is 10% less and can offer me something which is R40 less per month! Come on Cell C really?? How pathetic. The same time I have a Vodacom contract since Autopage existed many years ago,they approve me for the contract without a delay and it's R1300 per month. Why Cell C for a R40 you would turn your clients away? Really!
PATHETIC is not the word!! Trying to upgrade since March 2021 and my account is in a credit but Cell C handed me over and can not reverse it???? ***....useless people working there or more like uneducated. I wish I could attach there email so you all can see what I mean.
PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Don't think there is anyone worst. Promises...promises and a month later still no upgrade. I would not refer Cell C to anyone..not even to a dog!!!
I am due for an upgrade but they decline it because there is a problem with my account. The problem is that I am in credit! Now there is a technical problem the system won't allow me to upgrade. I'm sorry but I have never ever heard this before! I got a query number and sadly no body gets back to me after promises are made. Defnitely I will not recommend Cell C to nobody.
My contact expired but they refuse to upgrade me! And I'm in a credit.
Pathetic customer service. Goods returned on the 26th October, no credit yet!!!
