Blackmail/fraud to terminate service

I gave notice to Buzzbox after more than a year of not getting their services working. They received notice 5 months ago and refuse to stop the debit orders, refuse to process credit note for charges post notice period, refuse to process refunds for debit orders processed past notice period. The insist on further payments as bribe to terminate the services.
