I was working for Bytes as a copper technician from 26/08/2016 to 30/06/2017. I resigned from Bytes to join Skhosane Networking. I started working for Skhosane Networking on 18 July for the first 2 weeks of me working at Skhosane Networking I was allocated faults on a daily basis. What had happened during that time, was that all my completed work went to Bytes without me knowing it. I phoned around and find out that my employee number ( X ********** ) was never released by Bytes and I had to contact Telkom to have my employee number released and moved across to Skhosane Networking. After doing so the completed work started to show on the Skhosane Networking Database
When my salaries were paid I was paid 2 weeks salary short (18/07/2017 to 25/07/2017). Upon enquiring it came to light that the 2 weeks’ salary was paid to Bytes because of the non-release of my employee number, I contacted my previous management team to try and get MY money paid back to ME with no success Bytes can pay me the 75% and keep the 25% that Skhosane Networking was going to take off ……..Or return all moneys and I can claim it thru Skhosane Networking
I can provide the spreadsheet of faults that was paid to Bytes
I just feel that it has taken me almost 3 months to get my money back from Bytes and they are trying everything in their power to NOT pay me.
I can provide all my contact and salary ref information when I am contacted - my email address is **********
