Pop up company
Bytewave IT Solutions operates more like a pop-up company than a legitimate IT provider. Payments for salaries are often late, and in some cases not made at all. Work opportunities are scarce, leaving employees uncertain and frustrated. The company gives the impression of being a front rather than a genuine business. ⚠️ My advice: don’t do business with them. Transparency, reliability, and professionalism are lacking, and anyone considering involvement should proceed with extreme caution.

Pop up company
Bytewave IT Solutions operates more like a pop-up company than a legitimate IT provider. Payments for salaries are often late, and in some cases not made at all. Unpaid Salary
I, a former employee to the above company, Worked for a total of 3 months without pay Whenever i requested information regarding the salary i would get excuses upon excuses I took the matter as far as CCMA and yet nothing got fixed Now the company automatically have money to give out R1000 vouchers to multiple lucky competitors yet i still have not gotten my salary

Bytewave..respond to your clients!
The beginning went well when the initial stage of the website phase 1 was developed. Then phase two was the e-commerce store. After 8 months it still does not operate. I paid and they don't respond to emails or calls. I haven't only lost the money for the website, but the potential sales over the 8 months plus the business reputation because when a prospective goes onto the site they realize that the store doesn't work. I have asked for a way forward very politely countless times only to not have emails responded to or phone calls taken. On a closer look...look at the pictures on Google Maps. Photo-shopped for sure!
