Unpaid Salary

I, a former employee to the above company, Worked for a total of 3 months without pay Whenever i requested information regarding the salary i would get excuses upon excuses

I took the matter as far as CCMA and yet nothing got fixed

Now the company automatically have money to give out R1000 vouchers to multiple lucky competitors yet i still have not gotten my salary
