Im am highly disappointed in the Services from Uber Eats. My husband placed an order from Starbuck Flamingo today and the driver named: Farai came to my workplace and said the Drink of choice spilled and attempted to log a call with the Department. Starbucks Flamingo said they have no issue with this matter as it was ordered from UberEats and not them directly. We gave him grace to do such and then my Husband called to ask why the order was refused to be accepted which was never discussed, The driver showed me a message saying “Mark as undelivered and then we will reissue it”. Now we sitting with no refund or order, the order had a Brownie which the driver took with him. We demand action against this immediately.

I canceled the service at the beginning of October and even got the sim disconnected on the 31 of October I paid the final installment on the 1st of Nov Now the 2nd of Dec I am getting billed for a device I no longer have When I call the support line they keep passing me on from consultant to consultant Their service is ridiculous let alone the support services I demand rain management to call me as they have my details as they will see the support tickets I logged This is absolutely pathetic on their side
Terrible customer service at ster-kenikor at carnival city The people at the desk refused to help when needed They had terrible rude behavior and made zulu remarks which we understood Also made rude remarks when we was trying to ask for help
I requested a bolt this morning, and when the driver arrived he had newspaper dumped all over his passenger floor seat. I simply asked if he could remove it he rudely rep**** to take the back seat because I don't know the reason why he has the papers there and told me If I have a problem I can request another Bolt. I was already late for work so i decided to rebook- however, I couldn't cancel the trip as it was already accepted and it began. SO I requested with cash. Once I managed to rebook I noticed that Bolt had not Refunded my Previous trip of R121.00, upon requesting the refund i am still waiting for the confirmation of the refund. Don't do orders correctly I ordered from Uber ears and they gave me the wrong order I am a Tamil we do not even look at beef yet they have me 2 beef burger meals when I ordered 2 chili cheese fries this is unethical as a huge franchise and it's ridiculous
