PUSHY SALES
In March 2019 I was called by a sales person from C & N Imaging Products who convinced me to purchase a printer cartridge. Although it was 3 times the price I usually pay, his sales pitch was it would last 4 times longer than other brands. I ordered one cartridge which arrived and I paid for it. I have been contacted since by another lady who claims that the agreement was that I have to purchase another cartridge to get the discounted price? There was no such agreement made between me and the sales person and this was not mentioned at all. Today we had a call from an apparent "legal advisor" who sent my boss the purchase order, which was actually used as a cash sale when the cartridge was delivered and signed for by me when I paid cash for the cartridge. The legal person sent the email from a gmail account which is dubious indeed. We have responded and will not be bullied by pushy companies desperate to force sales by using non existing agreements as an excuse.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!
I received the toner and the R100,00 Woolworths Voucher on the 10/05/2019 and I haven't opened the package nor used the voucher and I need to return the goods as the printer in question is no longer working and I am waiting to purchase a new printer and C&N Imaging Products refuse to let me send it back as they have a 5 day return policy. IF I HAVEN'T OPENED THE PACKAGE NOR USED YOUR VOUCHER HOW CAN YOU REFUSE???????

We were contacted by one of the employers at C & N Imaging to purchase cartridge ink that would last for 12 months. They have sent us a quotation which we went through and though ok this is a relative price for ink that would last for 12 months. They have been phoning us non stop daily to push the order through for delivery. So as soon as this happened, we went onto the web to do some research about this company, and found rather a lot of people that had bad experiences with this company. So after reading this we started to ask some questions and the moment we did this they became rude and phoned more. So then today the manager named (Jonathan) at the company phoned and shouted at us saying that we are calling them criminals and treating them disrespectful and that they will list a bad review on our company about the way that we are treating them. Soon after he phoned my manager and shouted at her stating that they will take legal action against us, we have not even purchased their product yet. Please stay away.

Great Service Delivery!!!!!
I had phoned in to order goods from C & N Imaging but i had told them i need it urgently, if possible it would be nice if it could be delivered today. The guy i had spoke to ensured me that he will try his level best to get it to me. I had ordered the goods trusting it would be delivered as soon as possible. I had ordered these goods around 9am on the 11/10/2017 and these goods were delivered to me at 2:30pm the same day. I am absolutely greatful for your great service as my toner had finished and i needed the goods urgently.

Great service from Staff!!!!!
C & N Imaging Products has the most efficient and helpful staff. They assisted me with a query I had about the cartridge within minutes and also insured me that they are there to help even if i have a problem in future. Great Staff !!!!!

C & N Imaging Products has the most efficient and helpful staff. They assisted me with a query I had about the cartridge within minutes and also insured me that they are there to help even if i have a problem in future. Great Staff !!!!!

Satisfied with Service Delivery
I am glad to say that good service delivery still exists in SA. I had ordered goods from C & N Imaging Products on the 26/09/2017 and they are based in Jhb and I am in Cape Town. I had required Cartridges urgently and did not want to order from them has it would take long to get to me but the manager had insured that i will receive my goods in morning on the 27/09/2017, so i trusted him and ordered goods and guess what the next morning the courier was here with my goods. So i would like to thank C & N Imaging Products for their great service.
