We have been with C-WAY for over a year now. We logged various tickets in regards to our internet speed and connection. It has been a blaming game between C-WAY & Frogfoot as to with who the problem is. Frogfoot eventually told us to get an ISP who is closer to us, who will be able to send technicians to our house whenever we have any issue, because as it is c-way is unable to resolve any of our issues remotely. We have been paying for 1000mb up and 500mb down line and we did not even get half of that speed. We gave c-way the required notice period. They are now demanding the R1800 clawback fee from us, we refused to pay it, as we have been paying for a service we did not get at all.
They disconnected our internet due to none payment of the Clawback fee, but on the 1st of November 2024 they deducted our monthly fee for November. So we already paid for this service they are now disconnecting! Biggest **** and worst client service ever!
