I was a loyal C-Way customer between 2022 and 2025 while living in Secunda. While their service was sometimes acceptable, I experienced frequent network issues during this period. In total, I had to log 33 support tickets due to slow internet speeds, often to the point where the network was unusable, or complete outages. On several occasions the network was down for an entire day, and in some cases even two days in a row. Response times were also inconsistent. During the week it would typically take a day before receiving any response, and over weekends it was almost impossible to get hold of anyone or receive support. After leaving Secunda, my service with C-Way was cancelled and the account closed. However, two months later I received a notification that my account had been handed over and that I had been blacklisted, apparently due to a one-month cancellation fee. The concerning part is that I never received any notification from C-Way advising that an amount was outstanding, no phone call, email, or message of any kind. When I attempted to contact their accounts department, I was informed that they do not take calls and only communicate via email. After sending an email and settling the outstanding amount, I requested confirmation that my account would be corrected with TPN. A week later I received a short response simply stating: “Thank you for your payment.” There was no acknowledgement of the lack of communication or any confirmation regarding the correction of the listing. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression. Communication and customer engagement, particularly when it comes to billing matters and blacklisting, should be handled far more responsibly!

I'd suggest to anyone reading this, Avoid them like the plague. They are unprofessional and spiteful and then hide it under the context that they made a mistake. We upgraded and they couldn't provide the speed we originally asked for, they then increased the cost of the service for the slower internet speed. When communicating with them regarding it they said they wouldn't backcharge us as if they were doing us a favor. I then wanted to cancel with immediate effect and they threw the terms and conditions in our face as if they were saying "F U" to us. We then started the cancellation process at the end of August for the calendar month of September. Now I'm sitting without internet because the new service provider cannot do anything because C-way in their spiteful and malicious ways made a "mistake" in only submitting the line release with the fiber provider on the 1st of October, which requires a calendar month to process so the line is only going to be released on the 31st. To reiterate again, we cancelled in August which they demanded a full calendar month as per their terms and conditions so we app**** for cancellation giving the full month of September to them, which we had to pay them for @ their higher price for a slower speed, and they are now doing a last "F U" by forcing us to wait a another full calendar month before another ISP can provide us internet leaving us without internet for a full month which I require to make my income. Do not use them, they don't give a **** about their customers and they are malicious with their business practices and are spiteful when you try cancel with them. I'd give them a negative 5 rating if possible.

Absolute garbage service. Internet goes out in the middle of my work hours as I work with international clients. Get a message from the fiber provider stating that the line speed upgrade is now active. First of all! it's the wrong speed! Second! my line still isn't active. THIRD!!! Obviously there is no support after 5pm in any way, shape or form. If there is any other provider as a option to use, then pick them instead.

A very well organized company. Easy to sign up on website. Contact was made as promised to assist with my line order and I was up and running within a week after ordering my Fibre. So far getting full speed and technical staff has been more than friendly and helpful in getting my new router setup and answering all my questions. Very positive experience and no hassles. Thank you C-Way

I wanted to leave the worst review of all time, but looking at the existing reviews, it seems bad enough already. In 2022, I had Wi-Fi with this company and gave proper notice of cancellation. The following month, they tried to debit my account again, so I reversed it as I was no longer living in Secunda. Now, 2.5 years later, I receive a letter of demand claiming I owe the monthly fee plus interest. During this entire time, I never received a single call, message, or email from them to notify me of any issue. It’s clear they deliberately waited 2.5 years to make contact, likely to profit from the accumulated interest. After 3 years, it becomes difficult to sue someone, so their timing feels calculated. I absolutely do not recommend this Wi-Fi provider to anyone. Even if you have to pay a bit more, go with another company to avoid dealing with this kind of shady practice.

We have been with C-WAY for over a year now. We logged various tickets in regards to our internet speed and connection. It has been a blaming game between C-WAY & Frogfoot as to with who the problem is. Frogfoot eventually told us to get an ISP who is closer to us, who will be able to send technicians to our house whenever we have any issue, because as it is c-way is unable to resolve any of our issues remotely. We have been paying for 1000mb up and 500mb down line and we did not even get half of that speed. We gave c-way the required notice period. They are now demanding the R1800 clawback fee from us, we refused to pay it, as we have been paying for a service we did not get at all. They disconnected our internet due to none payment of the Clawback fee, but on the 1st of November 2024 they deducted our monthly fee for November. So we already paid for this service they are now disconnecting! Biggest **** and worst client service ever!
