Poor connection
We’ve been struggling with signal for months now, went to their offices in Trichadt almost every week and each time we were told that the technicians would come, till this day their technicians never came

Nedbank Secunda branch poor service
Nedbank Secunda branch is the worst, waited almost an hour to collect my card, as I was leaving without being assisted, they advised me to make an appointment to avoid the waiting… Came the day of the appointment, I got there , the lady that was assigned to assist me didn’t even bother to see me, instead she sent someone to tell me that their system is down and waiting would be pointless because they didn’t know when they’d be back online . They can keep their card because I am closing the accounts
