Upon further review, it appears that the order was placed outside of our designated working/delivery area, as clearly outlined on our website.
We kindly remind you that our website explicitly states that orders are subject to certain terms and conditions, including but not limited to floral selections being contingent upon market availability in terms of quantity, quality, and variety. This information may have been overlooked during the ordering process.
Unfortunately, in an effort to assist you, we accepted this order, a decision we now most certainly regret. In hindsight, we should have cancelled this order immediately.
Despite these circumstances, we have taken the initiative to cancel your order and have requested our payment partner, PayFast, to process a refund promptly.
While we strive to provide exemplary service to all our customers, we must express our disappointment in the conduct displayed. We find your behavior to be both obnoxious and rude.
Additionally, we have noticed your comments on various online platforms, which we perceive as defamatory. We kindly suggest that you reconsider and remove these comments. As a reputable business, maintaining our integrity is of utmost importance to us, and we trust that you will act accordingly.
However, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the thousands of other customers who have continued to support us with their patronage. It is through their trust and loyalty that we are able to thrive as a business.
