On the 8th of May I placed an order for 4 spools of 3D printing filament from CAD House cc [URL Removed] aka Fabric 8. <br> <br> The website lists the quantities of stock per item to prevent ordering an item which is out of stock.<br> <br> All four items on my order were in stock, confirmed by the site, I proceeded to place the order and pay for said items.<br> <br> Shortly after I order I receive a mail stating that 3 out of the 4 items are not in stock and would I like to chose alternatives or wait 2-3 weeks for the stock to arrive.<br> <br> I respond, by asking for a refund instead as 75% of my order is not available!<br> <br> The Sales representative Jo-Anne forwards the request to Praneil the operations manager (who appears to be working for another company based off of his email address @saharasystems) <br> <br> The operations manager states that stock will arrive in one week, and asks if I want to wait, I decline the offer to wait for the stock as I really don't have the time to wait for stock to arrive.<br> <br> Many emails, many promises and many days go by and to date one month later nothing has changed, I still have not received any refund from CAD House/Fabric8.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
