Very bad service from manager

I got to Cafe neo got a table ordered a drink, then waiter said it will take a minute, I waited 15 minutes, then called another waiter, nd he took my order again, only to find out the first guy was the manager, then I waited another 30 minutes, nd food was still not ready, I left nd found the manager by the door he was not even apologetic by the situation, the service was very poor
