I ordered the triple big boss with spicy zamba fillet at hungry lion amalinda,and waited for my order after 15 minutes of waiting I asked about my order was told they waiting for fillets it will be ready in 5 minutes
I ordered the triple big boss with spicy zamba fillet at hungry lion amalinda,and waited for my order after 15 minutes of waiting I asked about my order was told they waiting for fillets it will be ready in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked about my order again. I was told they did not do the spicy zamba fillets only original. The staff was not even apologetic and they were rude to the customers. I asked for refund, I was given back my money without an apology or efforts being made for me to get my order or opt for alternative after waiting 45 minutes.

Very bad service from manager
I got to Cafe neo got a table ordered a drink, then waiter said it will take a minute, I waited 15 minutes, then called another waiter, nd he took my order again, only to find out the first guy was the manager, then I waited another 30 minutes, nd food was still not ready, I left nd found the manager by the door he was not even apologetic by the situation, the service was very poor
