Pathetic

This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.

A summary of the experience? - the waitress spilled the drink across my mother in law - she was a trainee, only there for a week. Nobody helped her clean up, - the manager never came to apologize or check on us. When we complained to him, he said he was doing a stock take an didn't know. He still did nothing to assist. - the mushroom omlette ordered came without mushrooms - the food took 40 minutes to come out

There was absolutely NO compensation, no apologies, just an explanation from her that she's new. She was shaking and near tears and still she had no support, the manager still did not check on the table.
