It was such an absolute pleasure dealing with Mbali and Weelee. She regularly checked in to see the sale progress and overall it was such a quick and easy sale. So so happy

Pathetic
This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. A summary of the experience? - the waitress spilled the drink across my mother in law - she was a trainee, only there for a week. Nobody helped her clean up, - the manager never came to apologize or check on us. When we complained to him, he said he was doing a stock take an didn't know. He still did nothing to assist. - the mushroom omlette ordered came without mushrooms - the food took 40 minutes to come out There was absolutely NO compensation, no apologies, just an explanation from her that she's new. She was shaking and near tears and still she had no support, the manager still did not check on the table.

One Plan Pet Insurance - Whatsapp Application
Applied to One Plan pet insurance through WhatsApp, had Letisha Leigh Lyer assist and she was an absolute gem. The entire process was quick, easy and her responses to my kitty felt really genuine. Loved the experience and that I didn't need to answer a phone call through it all. Would highly recommend.

Fly in my burger
I purchased 4 chilli cheese meals, one cajun chicken and four nuggets at McDonalds im Hillfox today. When I opened the meal I found a Fly in my burger. Guys, this is disgusting. Three of the 5 meals were already eaten. This one has a fly in it and the final one we no longer trust. Please advise

Brilliant service overall
We called to have our treadmill serviced this morning. It was an absolute pleasure of an experience, aside from a brilliant attitude the servicing was very well done. The treadmill was realigned, lubed and serviced fully within half an hour. Once the service was complete the rest of the gym equipment was also checked out, and finally he offered to bring by a tub of lubricant so I could sort the treadmill out myself next time. A truly brilliant experience.
