I just think if you want to impose halaal religious believes on customers, dont call it a portuguese restaurant but a church canteen. I have never heard of a halaal portuguese restaurant. No wine, no beer. Not even zero alcohol beer is allowed. Portugal is very famous for its good wines and not famous at all for halaal believes. Its like an Italian restaurant without pizza and pasta or a boerewors roll thats vegan. Most boring portuguese meal that I ever had with a glass of water. I was wondering why the turn and tender nearby was so full and calisto so empty. Also thought the seafood pasta for R200 was really boring, little sauce that looks as if it comes from a bottle and a few pieces of mussels (and was it also a few pieces of calamari few and far between?).
