HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying for 2 months now to organize a collection of a return. I get NO responses and EMPTY promises. I spoke to so many people that promises a collection and refund and organized for someone to be home to handle the return.

Would not recommend this place. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

INABILITY TO PROCESS RETURN. NO REFUND RECEIVED
