They don't even deserve a star. I've logged a refund for a pair of shoes that I bought a week ago. With their 14days to return or exchange policy they are deliberately delaying. Making a loose from my side. I regret buying from them.be aware hence they don't even have a telephone number to be reached except emails which they hardly respond to

My cousin(Gontse Esther Malhangu-key holder/2lc) was working at one of their retail stores at Fourways,she was also a casual at rage she resigned as she was treated unfairly, two years down the line she requested an assistance regarding profident fund/form until to date she hasn't been assisted, they (call it springs under frontierco Company-contact number 010 300 6888) arrogantly do not want to assist her, why is that?

I made an online order and asked if there would be any way for my order to be fast tracked as I needed it for a business trip overseas. Within 40mins I received a shipping update and got my order well within the necessary time frame. Thanks a million!

Worst online shopping experience i’ve ever encountered. Parcel gets sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address, then they took it back and promised to deliver it to the correct place, they never sent a new parcel out, basically just keeping my money until i phoned after a week had passed to ask where my parcel is. They promise to send it only to email me today to say they are out of size and stock available for my order, my previous order was sent to a different customer, and can no longer send it out. I can request a refund or choose something else. Horrible customer service, so difficult to reach anyone to enquire anything. Made it seem as if it was not their problem. I was not even compensated at all for the inconvenience.

Horrible experience when trying to get a refund. Order shoes on 4 June 2022 at a delivery fee of R50. Upon arrival over a week later the shoes didnt fit so i followed the refund process. At this time i was informed that j would need to pay R100 collection fee and i disputed this a the Xall.it Spring refund policy is mute on this amount notwithstanding the fact that i paid R50 delivery. 3 weeks went by with no communication from this company regarding my refund. When i enquired again i was told it was being processed. Another week plus went by and on 12 July 2022 (after sending another email) i received a form to complete and resend to Call it Spring. I sent the completed form to then and still not refund to date. Not impressed at all
