I purchased a Kindle Fire at Incredible connection village mall and a few days later it didnt work. I returned it on 28 December 2022 for assessment i have been taken from pillar to post. I went to the store 2 weeks later to follow up on the status and was told the tablet had just been sent for repairs..Seriously after 2 weeks!!!! No one at this store has an answer each week i go there noone knows where my daughter's tablet is or when it will return. The service is bad. The employees at this store do not make an effort to follow up. No is taking any responsibility. Unbelievable service
I sent an email to the woolworths customer services department on 24 June 2022 regarding a query with my rewards benefit. I received a reply on 27 june 2022 and was told that my query had been referred to the WRewards department. I was given this 20220627-4240940xx reference and to date no one from customer services or the WRewards department has contacted me regarding my query. As much as i like woolies you are dropping the ball.
I wrote on 23 July 2022 expressing my outrage at the service i received from Call it Spring...it is good to note that Call it Spring falls under FrontierCo.
Horrible experience when trying to get a refund. Order shoes on 4 June 2022 at a delivery fee of R50. Upon arrival over a week later the shoes didnt fit so i followed the refund process. At this time i was informed that j would need to pay R100 collection fee and i disputed this a the Xall.it Spring refund policy is mute on this amount notwithstanding the fact that i paid R50 delivery. 3 weeks went by with no communication from this company regarding my refund. When i enquired again i was told it was being processed. Another week plus went by and on 12 July 2022 (after sending another email) i received a form to complete and resend to Call it Spring. I sent the completed form to then and still not refund to date. Not impressed at all
