They don't even deserve a star. I've logged a refund for a pair of shoes that I bought a week ago. With their 14days to return or exchange policy they are deliberately delaying. Making a loose from my side. I regret buying from them.be aware hence they don't even have a telephone number to be reached except emails which they hardly respond to
I was at YDE the Glenon Saturday 02/12/2023. I was assisted by Kitumetse. Loved her customer etiquette. I was in a rush looking for an outfit for an event I was to attend that afternoon. She went all out to help me get the perfect one. She was patient with a welcoming spirit.
i am a first time buyer on takealot. They were supposed to delivery my parcel today between 8:00 and 17:00. I just called them now to check how far the delivery truck is and guess what. my parcel is still in the warehouse, like really? Couldn't they have smsed me and inform me. the call center guy named Anele Mbauli promised to call me back... and i am still waiting. He never reverted back to me.this is rubbish...free delivery thing is not ayoba. i will never buy from takealot.worst experience ever
