I ordered on Friday, they replaced my orders with unwanted items, I requested the packers while still packing to not replace the items with what they replacing with, i and courier went to back to Bakenkop Engen garage to get assistance because that's where I ordered, they couldn't assist me but claimed it will be refunded I then bought the items in the store of which what I ordered was in the store. I request chat bot for assistance it kept on saying they will get back to me in 2 day. Even today I haven't been refunded.
A debit order with no name,no contacts went through my account today, it deducted money from my account,when I reach out to FNB (Thulisile and Jamiel )from Reversal department they could not assist me,they told me that they can’t reverse it as it’s blocked.I have spend 45 min on their chat boards they kept switching me to their agents, They told me I should call the Service provider,which service provide? I stated on their chat board that an unknown debit just went out through my account! I feel so helpless! I never encountered such humiliation with bank. Description of the debit order: NPSMARTBOLDCPRD0001GHP7250725 No company name nor contact numbers.
I withdrew R300, R600, R700, R300 in sequence on Monday, I only received R600, R700, R300 How is it possible?

My cousin(Gontse Esther Malhangu-key holder/2lc) was working at one of their retail stores at Fourways,she was also a casual at rage she resigned as she was treated unfairly, two years down the line she requested an assistance regarding profident fund/form until to date she hasn't been assisted, they (call it springs under frontierco Company-contact number 010 300 6888) arrogantly do not want to assist her, why is that?
Attention Lulama (the manager) she been promising to assist me with reversing the funds you(vericred collections) dedected from my account on the 24th, they are not communicating with me unless I do, I was reaching them by other receptionist other than Enlhe(the receptionist) every time I called she refuses to pass my call to her(the manager). Up to this date I have not recieved the funds back in my account.
